The Global Social Media Prism is an initiative of Digital Pioneer, Co-Founder of the Social Media Clubs (HH & MUC) and initiator of the workgroup Social Media at BVDW (Federal Association of Digital Economy Germany), Sten Franke and the ethority team.
It shows the landscape of social media with all relevant channels and has now been the quality standard for the most relevant social media platforms, tools and providers. A total of 261 providers are listed in 25 categories. The Social Media Prism China and Social Media Prisma Germany supplement the triology. Because of its frequent use in approx. 25,000 presentations, hundreds of blogs, numerous specialist books and scientific papers, it is probably the best-known visualization and cartography of the Social Media.
